Reece Parker — Founder & CEO
With nearly two decades of experience in the property management industry, Reece Parker has established himself as a trusted leader in the world of luxury real estate. His career has been defined by a specialized focus on new development and “ultra luxury” residential properties across Manhattan at some of the most prestigious and architecturally significant addresses in the world.
Reece has held key executive roles at top-tier development and management firms, personally overseeing billions of dollars in assets and guiding some of the city’s most elite buildings through every stage of their lifecycle. His expertise spans ground-up construction, major capital projects, gut renovations, apartment alterations, and close collaboration with boards, contractors, and city agencies. Few understand the complexities of luxury property management and the expectations of its clientele more deeply than he does.
Known for his unwavering work ethic, integrity, and dependability, Reece has built a reputation as someone who treats every residence as if it were his own. Clients trust him not only for his technical knowledge, but for the peace of mind that comes from knowing their most valuable assets are in exceptional hands.

Filip Rrasi – Vice President
Filip Rrasi brings more than 25 years of experience in property management, construction coordination, and luxury residential operations. He began his career in his family’s restaurant business, developing a strong foundation in service, discipline, and leadership, before transitioning into high-end residential real estate. Filip worked his way up from doorman at a luxury Upper West Side condominium to handyman and assistant superintendent for a prestigious Upper East Side cooperative, gaining essential frontline experience in building operations.
His career advanced significantly as he helped open and manage an 815-unit new construction condominium, working closely with some of the largest general contractors and vendors in the industry. From 2021–2025, Filip served as the Resident Manager of a new 25-unit ultra luxury development on the Upper East Side, where he oversaw all building operations, resident services, and vendor management.
Filip’s unique blend of hospitality insight, hands on construction knowledge, and extensive experience across both single family homes and large scale developments has made him a highly capable, trusted leader in the field. Forming Parker+Rrasi Residential Group represents the natural next step in an already exceptional career, allowing him to deliver an elevated, personalized standard of service to homeowners.
